7x7 Outfit Remix

So as some of you might remember I mentioned that I would be participating in the 7x7 outfit remix. The idea is that you pick 7 clothing Items and make 7 different outfits out of them. I had a blast and I was actually able to put together about nine outfits out of my seven choices with some extra accessories.

My seven Items are: 1 red rooster dress, 1 sleeveless peach button up top, 1 pink polka-dot long sleeve button up top, 1 black high-waisted paints, 1 pair of tan polka-dot wedges (all from forever21), 1 pair of jean shorts(n/a) and 1 black high-waisted Lolita skirt (Lolita shop)

I used various accessories in addition to my seven items which I'm pretty sure is okay. Overall I had loads of fun because I found outfits I would not have thought of otherwise. And I also got to play around with some of my new clothes which is always nice! It also gave me more ideas on things to invest in for my wardrobe for the next time I do something like this.

{I removed their link image because it stopped working, link in post below}
Here's the link to the 7x7 Remix Link Up page over at Putting me Together. I'm pretty excited about participating in this and I hope to be part of future challenges.
On a side note, I have to say that I am learning a lot when it comes to this whole blogging thing and although I still haven't completely found my voice I am enjoying this to pieces. And I appreciate every single one of you who show interest and are sticking around while I figure things out. Thank you!
Until next time,

    1. AAAAAHH!! Thank you for your comment! That's so sweet. And yeah I really wanted to use the new dress that I got and the big problem with dresses is that you can only wear them as a dress... Or so you would think!! Its easier with a skirt though.

      Thanks for you comment!!
